Yummy vegan options! We had vegan pancakes, sandwich with vegan cheese, mayo etc, quinoa salad, pistachio flapjack and two juices which were both great. Friendly staff & good prices too. Highly recommend :-)
Very friendly and helpful staff, they have also adapted our dishes to be vegan. The vegan toast was amazing and the 2 salads that we had were magnificent. Real value for money. I really recommend it.
Really fresh snacks and juices are available here. Great salads and sandwiches. It is a self-service place, so you need to pick your orders from the counter. It is also nice to sit here as it is at the beginning of a pedestrian only zone.

Fresh healthy bar. Very good good idea for something special
Enjoyed this little cafe. The coffee was good and loved the breakfast bars. Really nice selection of healthy snacks. Nice outdoor seating as well.
Sandwiches here are yummy and are made in front of you with fresh ingredients. The guys are also very knowledgeable about coffee and I loved this as I have a very nice espresso! The place is located at the beginning of the famous Asklipiou paved road, so it’s easy to get to. Very recommended!
The food and coffee here was delicious and fresh! It is also good value and the staff are lovely and friendly. We visited Trikala for a few days and kept coming back for more. We even made sure sure stop in on our last day to get some tasty cereal bars for our onward travels. Highly reccomend :)
Healthy meals, great coffee, lovely atmosphere! The staff is very friendly and the menu is very detailed, you can even check how much protein, calories, carbs etc you'll be getting from every meal! It's really a place that was missing from Trikala. 5/5 ⭐️ Don't miss it if you're in town.
Great place to eat and drink! Best spot for people watching at the most famous street of Trikala. Many menu choices for vegetarians

Exactly what we needed after very heavy Greek food. Light salads, healthy quinoa bowls, smoothies.
